Monavate issues the card; OKX Europe manages the program. Continuous payment authority permits tips/settlement adjustments. Crypto balances are not deposit-insured bank deposits.

Refunds, repayment and card controls: OKX converts assets to EUR for issuer settlement; merchant refunds return to the account
EEA terms use the original transaction FX rate for refunds, without guaranteed compensation for FX losses. Tips/extra settlement can be debited automatically. Refunds reverse rewards and do not restore daily allowance; freeze suspicious cards and contact OKX support for disputes.
